Grow a forest through your CSR programme
Companies, foundations and government bodies work with Forest Creators to turn bare land into dense native forests that keep growing for decades. We plan, plant and care for the forest, and report on it with photographs and updates.
Why forests make sense for CSR
Environmental sustainability is a recognised area for CSR in India. A forest is one of the few CSR projects that grows more valuable every year.
Lasting impact
A dense native forest keeps cooling the land, catching dust and sheltering wildlife for decades.
Local livelihoods
Planting and care employ local workers, nurseries, suppliers and farmers who provide natural inputs.
Visible and measurable
You can see the same ground before, during and after planting, with photographs, survival counts and updates.
A story to share
Barren land turned green, workers who planted it, and wildlife that returned: stories for employees, communities and reports.
How we work with you
Whether you have one plot or a large landscape, the path is simple.
Plan
We study your site, soil and goals, and design the forest with native species.
Prepare
The soil is brought back to life with natural enrichment such as compost, cow dung and jeevamrut.
Plant
Local workers plant densely, in layers, then mulch and set up watering.
Care and report
We look after the young forest and share photographs and survival updates.
We offer consultancy for your own team to follow and turnkey projects where we handle everything from concept to completion.
Ways to partner
CSR forest
Fund a dense native forest on land you own, or on public or community land, as a lasting CSR project.
Green belt for industry
Create a living buffer along the edge of your factory, port or industrial estate to catch dust and cool the ground.
Employee planting days
Bring your team to the plantation site to plant together using the Miyawaki method: a strong team-building day.
Government programmes
Work with forest departments and local bodies to create green cover on public land. Bharat Vann is being used in a project for the Delhi Forest Department.
Large grants and institutional funding
Foundations and institutions can fund restoration at scale. We design projects that deliver visible, long-term results.
Training for your team
Our video lessons on the Miyawaki method are available in English and Hindi.
